Logistics
TIME: Both races will kick off at 9:15 am! Packets can be picked up on Wednesday night (11/24) from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall or on race day starting at 7:00 a.m.
LOCATION: Both the 5K and 1-mile Fun Run will start and end behind Victor's Town Hall. Victor Town Hall 85 East Main Street Victor, New York 14564
ROUTE: All trotters will gather behind the Victor Town Hall, head West on Route 96, taking High Street to the first school entrance. One-mile trotters will turn around just inside the VCS entrance for an “out and back” trip. 5K trotters will continue across the school’s campus to Latchmere Drive, trot through the Quail Ridge neighborhood to Church Street and continue to trot South on Church to complete the loop back to the Town Hall. The route will be well-marked. Trotters are asked to stay on sidewalks when possible!

REGISTRATION: $10 children/teens, $20 adults
T-SHIRTS: Custom Turkey Trot shirts are available for advance purchase but are not included in the registration price. Shirts ordered by 11/9 are guaranteed to be available when you pick up your packet. If you wish to purchase a shirt but get the shirt order in after 11/9, we will gladly mail it to you after race day!
DONATIONS: We did our best to keep registration fees as low as possible so that anyone that wanted to participate could do so. To really make an impact, donations are always appreciated.
- Golden Turkey Sponsors ($1000+): Large sign or booth at the event, registration and T-shirt for four participants, social media posts, large logo listed on T-Shirts, company link listed on Trot website.
- Pumpkin Pie Sponsors ($500+): Small logo listed on T-Shirts, linked on Trot website, recognized on signage at the Trot.
