Logistics

LOCATION: Both the 5K and the 1-mile Fun Run start and end behind Victor's Town Hall, 85 East Main Street Victor, New York 14564.

TIME: Both races will kick off at approximately 9:15 a.m on Thanksgiving morning! It is super helpful if packets can be picked up on Wednesday (the night before the race) from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall. If you can't make it, no worries, the remaining packets will be available on Thanksgivng starting at 7:00 a.m. at the Victor Town Hall.

PRICING: $10 children and teens; $20 adults (20 years old and up).

T-SHIRTS: Custom Turkey Trot shirts are available for advance purchase, but are not included in the registration price. Shirts ordered by 11/10 are guaranteed to be available when you pick up your race packet. If you wish to purchase a shirt online after 11/10, we will try our best to get it in the order but if that is not possible, we will gladly mail it to you after race day!

PARKING: Available at the Village Hall, Library, ESL, CNB, at VCS (via carpool)

We did our best to keep registration fees as low as possible so that anyone that wanted to participate could do so but this is a charity race so, of course, additional donations are always appreciated. All proceeds are going to two of Victor's most-worthy charities. Also, if the prices are still cost-prohibitive for your family to attend, reach out and we will make it work for you. We want to keep this event the community gathering that it has been in the past. Families, VCS students, returning VCS graduates, babies in strollers, people from neighboring communities, out-of-town guests, costumed trotters....everyone coming together to kick off the holiday.
