WAIVER AND PHOTO RELEASE

 In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Victor Turkey Trot (“Event”), I agree to assume all risks inherent in the participation in this event, whether they are apparent or not. I also agree to assume such risks on behalf of any individuals I am registering.  

I also certify that all individuals I am registering are in good physical health and fit to participate in the Event.  Nevertheless, I acknowledge that participation in this Event carries an inherent risk of injury, up to and including death, as well as the risk of damage to property.  I hereby waive and release, for myself and for the individuals I am registering, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against the organizers, volunteers, hosts and sponsors of this Event, including not limited to Victor Turkey Trot Inc., Serenity House, Victor-Farmington Food Cupboard, The Town of Victor, the Village of Victor, the Victor Central School District and Race Management Solutions. 

I grant permission to use any photographs or recordings of me and the individuals that I am registering for the purpose of promoting this event and future events without payment.
